Project Manager / Technical Project Manager

  • Project Scope & Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • On-Time, On-Budget Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, meeting quality standards.
  • Resource & Change Management: Manage resource allocation, monitor risks, and address changes in scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and measure performance using tools. Escalate issues when needed.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders across MENA regions like Kenya, Rwanda, Zambia, Caribbean Island, Egypt, and Iraq, ensuring satisfaction and open communication.

  • Technical Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and manage diverse teams, including developers, QA testers, and IT specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Change Management: Manage project scope changes effectively, assessing impacts on timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk analysis to mitigate project risks and ensure smooth execution.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Build strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage project baselines.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with clients to prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinating resources, schedules, and supply chains to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across different regions, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Daily Management: Oversee daily team operations, delegate tasks, and manage deadlines.
  • Employee Development: Conduct training and performance reviews, empowering team members with new skills and boosting morale.
